This is a unique sushi making and picnic experience near Shinjuku Gyoen, one of Tokyo’s most beautiful Japanese gardens, known for its cherry blossoms in spring and colorful autumn leaves.
Even beginners can enjoy making nigiri sushi with guidance from our staff. You will use popular sushi ingredients such as tuna and salmon, and learn the basics of sushi making in an authentic sushi restaurant.
After making your sushi, you can enjoy it inside the restaurant, or, weather permitting, take it with you and enjoy a picnic at nearby Shinjuku Gyoen.
