This is a beginner-friendly sushi making experience in Naha, just off Kokusai Street. Using pre-prepped ingredients like tuna, salmon, shrimp, and egg (subject to season and availability), you’ll learn simple techniques and craft your own nigiri sushi in a relaxed, small-group workshop.
A trained host guides you step by step—from handling rice to shaping neatly—so first-timers can join with confidence. After learning the basics, try making your own nigiri and enjoy what you made with tea. It’s a fun way to explore Japanese culture through food.
You can also wear a Japanese happi/kimono-style outfit for photos to feel like a sushi master. Staff can take pictures on your smartphone, so you won’t miss the moment.
Come and experience Japanese culture in our casual, modern space in Naha.
