When you arrive at IST airport, you must exit through gate 14. Our representative will be waiting for you in front of the sign that says "SW39" with your name written on it. For Sabiha Gökçen Airport, exit gate 9 and look for the sign that says "HR24". Our representative will welcome you with a card with your name on it.
