Handmade tofu, crafted directly from soybeans, is even richer, creamier, and more flavorful than mass-produced varieties. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make tofu from scratch, first tasting it as is, then trying it with three specially selected seasonings.

Supervised by a Registered Dietitian, this Kyoto masterclass delves into the history of tofu, the unique qualities of different soybeans, and the secrets of traditional tofu-making.
