Fish are hauled in from nearby boats, making the souk the quintessential Sharjah fish market. It also serves as the ultimate fruits and vegetables market, featuring local and freshly imported produce at reasonable prices. Souk Al Jubail is, therefore, one of the most ideal places to visit in Sharjah for grocery shopping.   Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization

  Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization features seven galleries spread over two levels. The ground-floor galleries cover aspects of the Islamic faith and the achievements of Arab scientists and astronomers. The upper floors offer a chronological overview of Islamic arts and crafts, including textiles and jewellery. Housed in building every bit as impressive as its collection, the museum is located on the Corniche, just north of the Heart of Sharjah district. Astrolabes, manuscripts, ceramics and coins all vie for your attention, but don’t miss the gold-embroidered curtain for the door of the Holy Ka’ba and the mosaic inside the central dome detailing the zodiac constellations.

• Quran Roundabout (Pass by)

  The Quran Roundabout is located just off the busy centre of the city and is a major intersection. Also known as the Cultural Square, this roundabout has a big garden in the middle with an open Quran sculpture. Adding more value to the place is the numerous architecturally rich buildings all around the circle. On one side is the Cultural Palace, used as a venue for cultural performances. Next side is the beautiful Sharjah Library building. Third side are two buildings: the office of His Highness, the ruler of Sharjah and the government department building. On the 4th side is the Ahmed Ibn Hanbal mosque.

  Al Bidya Mosque

  Al-Bidya Mosque is a historical mosque in the Emirate of Fujairah, the United Arab Emirates. It was the oldest known mosque in the country, prior to the discovery in September 2018 of the ruins of a 1000-year-old mosque dating back to the Islamic Golden Age, near the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mosque in the city of Al Ain, Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Still in use, it is located in the small village of Al-Badiyah or Al-Bidiyah, about 40 km (25 mi) north of the Emirate's capital city, and is also known as the "Ottoman Mosque"
