Small Group Salsa and Tortillas Class in La Condesa

3 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English and 1 more

Wow your friends back home with your taco making skills after this salsa and tortilla cooking class.

At the beautiful Condesa home of your knowledgeable chef/guide, you'll learn what's behind every good salsa before getting to work on preparing five delicious types from scratch.

Next, you'll discover the tricks to the perfect corn tortilla before making your own from fresh masa.

Just over an hour later, you’ll set the table with responsibly-sourced artisanal serveware and build the tacos of your dreams using a wide range of fillings and a tangy green tomatillo salsa, smoky red molcajete salsa, and sweet, nutty salsa macha, among other sauces.

Dietary requirements will be accommodated, and Mexican craft beer and soft drinks will keep you hydrated throughout the experience.

Allergy sufferers should know that, although they’re kept out of the cooking area and I have allergy pills available for guests who need them, there are two cats in the house.
