Travelers are kindly asked to wait at the hotel reception 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that due to traffic conditions, there may occasionally be slight delays.

What to expect
This is designed for those who have never surfed or wish to start from scratch.
For small private groups of up to five students per instructor, they will be introduced to surfing and taught to rise on a white wave. The course requires a minimum of two people to start. The surf session lasts two hours and includes all the necessary equipment (we have showers, bathrooms and lockers secure for your belongings).
The class starts with 25 minutes of basic theory, standing, rowing, warm-up and safety practices. Then, we will head to the beach, a 10-minute walk from our school, to apply what we have learned.
The instructor will constantly supervise, assisting with what the student needs. At the end, we will perform stretches to prevent injuries before returning to school.

- In accordance with the previous section, the contracting party will not be entitled to a refund of the price of a product once the contract has been formalized and the content has been accessed or launched, unless the service is not provided automatically once the contract has been formalized. In the event that the service is not provided automatically, the cancellation and/or modification rules will be subject to the following conditions: Cancellations made within twenty (20) days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund of the payment made (100%). Cancellations made between nineteen (19) days and five (5) days before the start of the course will result in a penalty of twenty percent (20%) of the reservation value. For cancellations made between five (5) days before the start of the course - no refund is possible.
