This cooking class will take you to the heart of Romagna and you will have the opportunity to learn how to cook the most typical dishes of the area and ask questions to our super chef Maria.
You will learn the secrets of tradition, how to make fresh pasta or the famous Romagna piadina, the best-known fillings and typical sauces.
At the end you will taste the dishes prepared together with the other students and you will be given your own personal apron!
