Here, we will discover spaces where traditional trades are reinvented and artisans create with techniques that have been passed down through generations. In this section of the experience, we will explore hidden workshops where ceramics, embroidery and botanical art are worked, discovering the patience and detail behind each piece. We will also enter spaces where sustainability and design go hand in hand, shaping creations that mix the old with the contemporary.

La Latina: History and art in every corner Our tour continues in La Latina, a neighborhood that maintains its Madrid essence while hosting projects that combine tradition with a refreshing approach. Here we will visit spaces where craftsmanship becomes art, exploring everything from furniture restoration to artisan chocolate making with a process that respects every ingredient. We will also meet creators who work with fabrics, paper and wood, bringing unique pieces to life with inherited and reinterpreted techniques. To close this experience in a delicious way, we will make a special tasting in a place where cheese is much more than a product: it is a story of tradition, territory and passion.
