The experience includes the tasting of three Galician wines from different designations of origin, selected to show the diversity and personality of the Galician vineyard.
Each wine is presented with a clear and close explanation about its origin, elaboration and sensory profile.
Pairing highlights some of the most emblematic flavors of the region:
• Table of Galician cheeses, with explanation of the origin and distinctive characteristics of each variety.
• Empanada Galicia, icon of popular cuisine, presented as a fundamental part of the local gastronomic culture.
• Octopus, undisputed protagonist of Galician cuisine, served as a highlight of the tasting.
