Nogawa Manabi-kan is an interactive facility themed around nature experiences and environmental learning. Located at the foot of the Nagai Dam, it also serves as a gateway to the surrounding water source area. The exhibition room features displays on the nature around the Nogawa River and local legends related to water.
Located on the shores of Nagai Dam, Gacchizawa Lakeside Plaza serves as the gateway to the Mifuchi Gorge and the starting point for canoe tours. Parking and temporary restrooms are available.
A highlight of the tour, Mifuchi Gorge is located about an hour’s canoe ride away. This power spot, where cool air and silence persist even in midsummer, is said to be home to the legend of the dragon god.
