Once you reserve one of our products, your reservation will be confirmed immediately. One of our representatives will then contact you a day before to assist you with all the necessary details regarding your transportation and what to expect from us. Regarding arrivals at the airport, we have two meeting points to facilitate and speed up our meeting. For Terminal “A”, our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called “JEG-LAG”, located just a few meters from the Terminal exit. For Terminal “B”, the meeting point will be at the restaurant called “REFUGIO”, which is a few steps from the exit. If you are going to be transferred to the airport, we will pick you up 3 hours in advance.
