• Includes: home visit, walking tour, shebeen / tavern, crèche, art and crafts, and various memorials.
Our tours facilitate personal experiences, discussion and interaction between township residents and visitors. Groups are small and tours are conducted by current or ex-township residents. Our focus is on people and their culture, traditions norms and customs and day to day life in the Townships.
We pick up form most hotels in Cape Town city bowl, waterfront, areas on the Atlantic seaboard including Camps bay. we will communicate pick up time when we confirm the booking by mail or phone call.

We visit the Site of District six museum visit not included. Here our tour directors give a historical narrative of this once vibrant community and how it was destroyed by groups areas act of 1950
In Langa the driver guide gives an introduction of this communities history before introducing visitors to a local site guide who will take over and facilitate a guided walking tour of Langa on foot Visiting a creche,Old hostel and new family units settlers and the New social houses on the edge on Langa.
Here the visitor will see the Martyr erected to honor the Gugulethu seven young man who were gunned down by security police in the height of apartheid era
