On this walk, we will discover an emblematic part of Paris, tucked between ancient royal palaces and romantic squares, where medieval buildings sit alongside neoclassical, art-nouveau and modern structures. In the City of elegance, we will visit the best among chocolate artisans and pastry artists. As butterflies in a field of flowers, we will wander from a typical French macaroon atelier to a Belgian chocolatier, from an avant-garde pastry chef to the top ice cream place in Paris, from the genius of spicy chocolate pralines to a pastry chef who has opened shop also in New York. Exploring the Marais will be both a delicious and a healthy experience. Enjoy!
