Meeting and pickup
Please note: Pickup and drop-off have an additional cost and must be selected in the options before making your booking to secure your seat. In case, San Juan or Carolina is selected as the pickup’s location, the option “San Juan/Carolina + Beach Stop” must be selected in advance or an additional fee will be charged.
Pickup Locations & Times: San Juan (Plaza Loiza Calle Corona): between 6:40am-6:50am. Carolina (Walgreen's Ave. Fragoso): between 6:50am-7:05am. Luquillo (Walgreen's): between 7:30am-7:40am. Fajardo (Ralph's Food Warehouse): between 7:55am-8:05am.
Transportation not available Saturdays and Sundays.
You must bring your own car, transportation isn’t included or guaranteed unless booked in advance. No Uber nearby. Meet your guide at the front door of Ralph’s Food Warehouse. The guide will wear a company logo shirt and will call to confirm everyone is coming for the activities.
What to expect
Upon arrival at El Yunque National Forest, receive a safety briefing and life vest before starting a guided hike through lush jungle trails. Along the way, your guide will share stories about the rainforest’s history, wildlife, ecosystem, local legends, and fascinating rainforest plants.
After about 25 minutes of hiking, reach a hidden natural pool where you can swim, cliff jump, or swing into the water on a rope swing. Continue to a second secluded pool featuring a smooth volcanic rock natural waterslide.
Guests who select the San Juan / Carolina transportation option will also enjoy a stop at the famous Luquillo Kiosks, known for authentic Puerto Rican food, tropical drinks, and views of Luquillo Beach.
After the adventure, hike back and enjoy light snacks before returning.
