Escape the city and discover the spectacular Turia River Canyon and the charming village of Chulilla, located less than one hour from Valencia.
Chulilla is the gateway to one of the most scenic landscapes in the region. Hike the famous Hanging Bridges trail, surrounded by towering cliffs, dramatic canyon views and the wild beauty of the Turia River. This scenic route takes about 2 hours at a relaxed pace and is suitable for most travellers.
After the hike, enjoy free time to explore Chulilla, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Valencia province.

From May to September, the tour also includes a stop at beautiful natural pools where you can refresh with a swim. During these warmer months, we avoid the hottest hours, operating the tour early in the morning or in the afternoon, often finishing at sunset when the scenery is magical.

Meeting and pickup
The meeting point is conveniently located near Angel Guimera metro station. Once here, you’ll see one of Valencia’s main avenues called Gran Via de Fernando el Catolico. Look for number 35 or Type “Cafeteria Dore” into Google Maps. There are several benches around where you can sit.

- The route is easy for most people. However, please keep in mind that it is a natural trail and includes over 100 steps along the way, so a basic level of physical fitness is required.
- Don’t forget to bring comfortable clothing and proper walking shoes, flip-flops or similar footwear are not suitable for this
- The hanging bridges are 5 to 15 meters above the ground, not especially high, but may feel slightly uncomfortable for those with severe vertigo.

- During the summer months, don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and towel if you’d like to take a refreshing dip in the natural pools. Water shoes are also recommended if you find the rocks uncomfortable, though they’re optional.

- On hot days, it’s highly recommended to bring a hat or cap, as well as sunscreen.
- Bring your own packed food.
