  This is the first culinary stop here we are going to taste the famous SUPPLI' over the phone. This is a typically Roman product. The supplì is a ball of fried rice with tomato sauce and mozzarella in it. You'll be amazed! It is called on the phone because when you eat it hot and with your hands break it in two the mozzarella inside makes wires, like the phone.
