"Entering Enoteca Alessi means crossing the threshold of wine history in Florence. Since 1952, our family has passionately guarded the secrets of the best Tuscan terroirs. We are not only a wine shop, but a historic shop where time seems to have stopped to leave room for the scents of good wine and authentic food. Here, among our wooden shelves and underground cellars, we select every day the best of Tuscan 'companatico', treating every bottle and every cheese shape with the respect that is due to a work of art. Come and visit us to live an experience that smells of home, tradition and 70 years of pursuit of excellence."

What to expect
- mineral white wine Vermentino della Costa Toscana and good oil: Let's start with a fresh and fragrant glass, perfect to accompany the classic Tuscan bruschetta and a fresh pecorino that still tastes of milk.
- red wine of character The Chianti Classico Riserva and the "gray" cold cuts: A glass of true red that meets the unique flavor of Prosciutto di Grigio (wild) and artisan Finocchiona; a selection of homemade cold cuts at km 0, which accompanies Tuscan bread.
- Full-bodied red wine The Super Tuscan with the great Italian matures : A glass of enveloping red, senvito along with a selection of mature cheeses, such as pecorino di cave and 60-month-old Parmesan cheese, flavors that remain in the heart.
Finally, a Tuscan classic: Cantucci and Vin Santo
