What to expect

Since 1952, Enoteca Alessi has been the temple of good drinking in Florence and today we invite you to discover the "mixed" soul of the city's most iconic wine shop. Forget crowded counters and hasty drinks. Since 1952, at Enoteca Alessi, drinking has been a slow ritual. We propose a journey of three cocktails that have made the history of Italy: a journey that starts from the freshness of the Venetian orchards, through the noble heart of Florence and ends with the cosmopolitan charge of a modern classic. Every sip is accompanied by your artisan "comanatico" :
1. Aperitif d'Autore: Il Bellini (or Rossini second season) The meeting between the delicacy of fruit pulp and the energy of your best Italian bubbles. Light, fragrant, iconic.
2. The Florentine Legend: The Negroni The king of cocktails, born in Florence and celebrated all over the world. We prepare it with a selection of Tuscan and Italian Gin, Vermouth and Bitter to honor Count Camillo right here in his town.
3. The Grand Finale : Espresso Martini The modern twist that has conquered the world. The perfect union between the velvety sweetness of vodka and the intensity of real Italian espresso.
