In addition, you will learn how to enjoy (more precisely "listen to") incense prepared in the traditional Japanese way. The experience will be one of calmness, serenity, connection and grounding. After the session, you will enjoy great conversation. The great thing about this experience is that you will sit on a chair with comfortable atmosphere unlike tea ceremony. Since the agarwood, called kyara in Japanese is a real treasure because of its rarity, it will be a magnificent experience that you will never forget! What to expect

Incense burning is an old tradition that spans cultures for thousands of years. After a short lecture about incense ceremony, you will experience the fragrance of kyara which is the most precious and priceless 1,300 years old agarwood as well as the highest quality sandalwood. It is like intimate meditation or soulful journey through scent. Then you will experience the fragrance of original fermented neri-koh with 1,000 years old formula. Then you will experience other types of incense including fermented lotus incense inspired by ancient Egyptian incense. The two hours at the comfortable space is sublime, and the original incense is just exquisite. It will be a magical and memorable experience during your stay in Tokyo. The goal is to feel not only relaxation but also mindfulness, soulfulness and a flow state for wellbeing physically, mentally and spiritually.
