Make the most of 50 to 60 different kinds of sake available to sample in 1.5 hrs. Discover the charm of sake at a private salon in Tsukiji with a sommelier. Enjoy pairing sake with cheese and other snacks during tasting. Try drinking sake at different temperatures to taste the difference in flavor. Learn about the brewing process and history of sake in Japan from your host.

What to expect
Find your favorite as you sample different sakes from around Japan and its many breweries.
Your sake expert will explain about the brewery, history, and story of each bottle before sampling. Just like wine and beer, not all sake tastes the same and with 50 to 60 different types on offer, you can experience a wide range of flavors.
Usually guests will try about 20 different types of sake within 1.5 hours.
There are snacks available during the tasting session, to enhance the flavor of the different sakes. You'll also try the brewed beverage at different temperatures and taste how the flavor changes.
If you have children, you can bring them for free but we will not provide any snacks or drinks.
