• The driver will meet guests at the designated airport pickup area with an Amaan Tours signboard or guest name sign.
• Complimentary waiting time:
Domestic flights: up to 45 minutes after landing
International flights: up to 60 minutes after landing
• Guests will receive driver and vehicle details before pickup.
• For any delays, baggage issues, or communication problems, guests should contact our support team immediately.
• Child seats are available upon request during booking.
• Oversized luggage must be informed in advance.
• Pickup timing changes or cancellations should be communicated before service time according to cancellation policy.
• Drop-off is available to hotels, cruise terminals, residences, and other requested destinations within the service area.
