What to expect

In this hands on Sausage Making Masterclass at historic Bungala House, guests learn how to create gourmet sausages from scratch. You’ll begin with an introduction to meat selection, seasoning and flavour balance before mixing your own batch using premium South Australian meat with classic and native inspired ingredients.

Guided step by step, you’ll prepare the sausage mix, load the stuffer and master the twisting technique to form perfect links. Then it’s time to fire up the hibachis as you grill your freshly made sausages, learning heat control and searing tips along the way.

The experience finishes with a relaxed long table lunch in the gardens, where you enjoy the sausages you’ve made along with house prepared sides and condiments. It’s fun, interactive and delicious from start to finish.
