What to expect

Guests step into a warm, hands-on Italian cooking experience where everything is made from scratch. They learn the traditional Northern Italian techniques that bring homemade pasta to life.

The class begins with mixing and kneading dough the authentic way, followed by shaping five beautiful pasta styles: hand-rolled fusilli, orecchiette, and perfectly filled ravioli. Guests are shown how to roll, shape and fill each pasta type with simple clarity so everyone succeeds, even complete beginners.

Once the pasta is made, John cooks a sample Northern Italian recipe to showcase how fresh pasta is brought together with simple seasonal flavours. Guests enjoy a relaxed tasting along with coffee and cake.

Everyone leaves with new skills, a deeper connection to Italian cooking traditions and the confidence to make beautiful pasta at home.
