Your experience begins with pick-up at the time you indicate, either from the airport or your hotel. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the assigned meeting point inside the arrival terminal or in the hotel lobby. It will also help you with your luggage and accompany you to your private air-conditioned vehicle.
Once on board, you will travel directly and without unnecessary stops to your destination. Upon arrival, we will drop you off in front of your hotel lobby or at the airport departure terminal, where the driver will also assist you with unloading your luggage so you can enjoy comfortable, safe and stress-free service.

Meeting and pickup
Arrivals: The driver will carry a sign with our logo.
If your flight arrives at Terminal 2, please wait for us in front of the Welcome Bar.
If your flight arrives at terminal 3, wait for us in front of Margarita Ville.
If your flight arrives at terminal 4, wait for us in front of platform C.
Check out from the hotel: A day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact details you provide, to remind you of the time when the driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the agreed time, as the driver can only wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
