Your private transfer begins with pick-up at the time you indicate at the Cancun airport or your Cancun hotel. Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point inside the arrivals terminal or in the lobby of your hotel, then help you load your bags and settle on board your private air-conditioned vehicle.
Once you are ready to leave, your driver will take you directly to your final destination, including any Cancun hotel or Cancun airport. We will drop you off right outside the hotel lobby or departure terminal and your driver will help you unload your bags for stress-free logistics.

Meeting and pickup
Arrivals: The driver will carry a sign with our logo. If your flight arrives at Terminal 2, please wait for us in front of the Welcome Bar. If your flight arrives at terminal 3, wait for us in front of Margarita Ville. If your flight arrives at terminal 4, wait for us in front of platform C. Check out from the hotel: A day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact details you provide, to remind you of the time when the driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the agreed time, as the driver can only wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
