- PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO THE EIFFEL TOWER, come to the indicated meeting point 15- minutes before the start time. - Meet our representatives outside the Eiffel Tower Just by the corner of Pullman Hotel, you will easily identify them holding a sign reading “VOYAGE”.
the tour ends on the top level of Eiffel Tower, guests are welcome to descend with their guide or stay longer if they wish.

- There are no storage lockers to keep strollers or any other item you choose to bring, it’s your responsibility to bring it up to the Eiffel Tower. Large suitcases aren’t allowed to get in.
- Please ensure that all infants and children are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry. Due to fixed costs and services, adult pricing applies to all participants.
- Tickets cannot be sent to guests in advance or after the start of the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and be accompanied by the guide to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
- Please note that this activity requires a minimum number of travelers to operate. If the minimum number is not met, we will offer you the option to reschedule for another date or time.
- Best Dress Code for photos: Smart casual recommended; dress appropriately for weather conditions.
- Weather Policy: The experience operates rain or shine; in rare cases of Tower closure, alternative arrangements will be made.
- While skip-the-line access is included, security checks are mandatory, and short waits may occur for security and the summit elevator.
- Please indicate the age of each guest (important for service planning), and let us know if you are celebrating any special occasion during your visit.
- Please note that due to Eiffel Tower regulations, visitors using a wheelchair or those with mobility issues requiring a walking stick may not be permitted to access the summit. This is at the discretion of the Eiffel Tower management.
