- Tickets cannot be sent to guests in advance or after the start of the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and be accompanied by the guide to enter the Louvre. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
- Please ensure that all infants, children and youth are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry.
- Admission to the Louvre is free for visitors under 18. However, the guided tour is not free. All participants, including those under 18, must be included in the reservation.
- This activity is not suitable for people with mobility issues or with wheel chairs. Please opt for a private tour if that is the case and leave us a note with your booking.
