By the exit of metro station "Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre" on the Rivoli street, our representative will be waiting you there holding a sign showing "VOYAGE". Please arrive 10-minutes before start time.

- Luggage or large bags are not allowed, and there is no storage to keep them.
- Please send us the names of all participants. IDs for all participants are required; a digital copy is sufficient.
- Tickets cannot be sent to guests in advance or after the start of the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and be accompanied by the guide to enter the Louvre. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
- Please ensure that all infants, children and youth are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry.
- Admission to the Louvre is free for visitors under 18. However, the guided tour is not free. All participants, including those under 18, must be included in the reservation.
- This activity requires lots of walking, put on comfy shoes!
- This activity is not suitable for people with mobility issues or with wheel chairs. Please opt for a private tour if that is the case.
