Location: Tashkent

During this activity, you will learn and explore the secrets behind the preparation of the traditional Uzbek Palov. Our professional team will help you prepare it. You will participate in the cooking process. You will cut onions, carrots, meat (there is a possibility without meat for vegans), and clean rice. You will fry, cook, and steam yourself and of course, you will eat this food yourself and our team will help you so that you can cook it all delicious, so make it tastier so that you can enjoy a delicious meal.

During the cooking (after adding water to steam), we have a bit of free time and we enjoy making another traditional dish - Samsa (samosa, samosa).
Samsa is baked triangles stuffed with flavors. To make this Uzbek Samsa, you basically start off with simple dough that you roll out and spread ghee (clarified butter) all over. Then you roll it tightly, divide it into equal portions, and chill the dough patties. After that, you roll out each dough patty, stuff it with minced meat, and bake it in the oven. Our team members will help you so that you can make Samsa deliciously.

Then, we come back to cook our Palov.
