It is approximately 4 kilometers and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. The path winds through a serene forest with tall cedar trees, offering a cool and tranquil environment.

Kifune Shrine, also known as Kifune-jinja, is a beautiful and serene Shinto shrine located in the village of Kibune, just north of Kyoto. It's renowned for its connection to water deities, its picturesque setting, and its spiritual significance. This deity is believed to control water and protect those who travel by sea.
