Kifune Shrine, also known as Kifune-jinja, is a beautiful and serene Shinto shrine located in the village of Kibune, just north of Kyoto. It's renowned for its connection to water deities, its picturesque setting, and its spiritual significance. This deity is believed to control water and protect those who travel by sea. Hydromancy is included.
You take a bus from Kibune-guchi Station to change at Kokusaikaikan Station, and then head to Kyoto Station. Admission fee : apx. 740 JPY per person.
