This thatched-roof restaurant is the only soba restaurant in the Tohoku region selected for La Liste, which recognizes the world’s top 1,000 restaurants. Please note: Araki Soba is closed on Wednesdays. For Wednesday bookings, lunch will be arranged at an alternative soba restaurant or local dining spot.
