Your journey begins as you land in Djanet, the gateway to Algeria’s Sahara. You’ll be greeted by our friendly Oryx Voyage team and transferred by 4x4 vehicle to your hotel. The evening is free to relax and adjust to the rhythm of the desert.

After breakfast, your adventure starts around 9 a.m. You’ll set out to explore Tieska and Oued Bouhadiane, two breathtaking valleys decorated with prehistoric rock paintings that tell stories of life thousands of years ago. The landscapes already reveal the beauty and mystery of the Tassili region.

Wake up to one of the most surreal landscapes on Earth. In Moul Naga, nature has carved fantastical shapes in stone — a camel, a hedgehog, even what locals call the World Cup rock. Continue toward Tin Marzouka, where red dunes rise above black volcanic rock, creating a stunning contrast that captures the essence of the Sahara’s grandeur.
