  • 20 minutes is an estimation of flight duration. The important thing is the itinerary. Due to different wind conditions every day, flights can last from 18 to 25 minutes.
  • Customers must arrive 30 minutes prior to flight time. If customers arrive late, it will be considered a noshow as we reserve the schedule for that specific customer.
  • Passengers must arrive no later than 30 minutes before schedule. If coming from copacabana area, allow at least 1 hour to arrive at helipad due to heavy traffic
