What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our team will meet you in your hotel lobby holding a sign with your name on it, and they will also call your name in the lobby upon arrival. We will give you a call one day before your scheduled activity to confirm your pickup location and exact pickup time. Please be ready 1 hour before the tour departure time. Round-trip transportation is provided from hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, Cap Cana, and Macao.
Go to Caribbean Lake Park in Las Mercedes, near Downtown Punta Cana. For taxis, say “Caribbean Lake Park.” For GPS or ride-share, enter “Caribbean Lake Park Punta Cana.” Head to the main entrance where our team will meet and assist you.
