Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is included from all Bávaro and Punta Cana hotels. Pickup begins approximately 30 minutes before departure (around 4:30 PM), depending on your hotel location. Your exact pickup time and meeting point will be confirmed 24 hours before your tour. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals or missed pickups will result in missing the tour, as the boat departs on time.
