Meeting and pickup
Private pickup is included from all hotels and resorts in Puerto Plata, Sosúa, and Cabarete, as well as Amber Cove and Taino Bay cruise terminals.
Pickup time is typically 30–45 minutes before departure depending on your location. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
Cruise ship guests: Please exit the port promptly after your ship is cleared. Your schedule is aligned with your ship’s arrival and departure times, with guaranteed return to port at least 1.5 hours before departure.
This experience departs from Sosúa Beach (not a marina). A short tender boat transfer (2–5 minutes) is required to reach the catamaran anchored in the bay. Feet may get wet for a few steps — we recommend wearing sandals or flip-flops.
