2. Pre-Trip Arrangements
The transfer company assigns a driver and vehicle based on the booking details.
The driver receives the passenger details and monitors flight status (if it's an airport pickup) to adjust for delays or early arrivals.
The customer may receive a reminder or reconfirmation before the transfer.
3. Pickup Process

The driver arrives at the airport before the scheduled landing time.

The driver arrives at the designated hotel or address on time. you relax and wait at the lobby for the driver to find you.
The customer is notified via phone or WhatsApp upon arrival.
The driver helps load luggage before departure.
4. Comfortable Journey
The transfer is conducted in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
The driver ensures a smooth and safe ride, following the best routes to the destination.
5. Drop-Off & Completion
The driver arrives at the final destination (hotel, airport, or city) as scheduled.
Luggage is unloaded, and the passenger is assisted as needed.
The customer may be asked to confirm the service was completed satisfactorily.
If it’s an airport drop-off, the driver ensures the customer reaches the correct terminal.
6. Feedback & Follow-Up
The customer may receive a follow-up message requesting feedback.
If payment was not prepaid, the final amount is settled with the driver as cash.
The transfer company logs the service as completed and prepares for future bookings.
