Pickup details:

Your private driver/guide will meet you at your selected pickup location at the scheduled time, holding a card with your name on it so you can recognize them easily. For hotel pickups, please wait at the main entrance or lobby. Please be ready 5–10 minutes before departure. Vehicle details, including the make, model, color, and license plate number, will be provided before pickup. If you prefer a designated meeting point instead of pickup, you may select one during booking.
