You will be welcome in a familiar, informal and warm ambience of an historical building from the 17th century with all the modern comforts. The location is peaceful and perfect for recharging your batteries and for making your creative aspect come out. You are in an unspoiled area perfect for every activity in nature in your free time.
Learn how to cook from scratch: the food used in the cooking course is outstanding, always fresh, local and high quality ingredients. Italian dishes are characterized by its simplicity and this makes the course ideal for entry level to more expert students. Besides all of this your teacher is not only passionate about Italian cuisine but also a wine expert and he will always match the food with the most appropriate wine.

Meeting point

When you arrive in the tiny hamlet of Tavernelle, please turn left at the corner of the bar restaurant called Il Capriolo. At the end of the road, before the piazzetta or fountain, on the left side of the road is our gate that leads to our garden.

What to expect

Come to enjoy wine and cooking class with Francesco. This unforgettable experience will last 3 days/2 nights and will include the following plans for the day:

First day
Check in between 2 pm and 5 pm
Time to settle in the accommodation/bedroom
18,00: wine class of two hours with wine tasting and light dinner at the end of the class
the wine class is divided into 3 parts
ABC of wine tasting
enography of one italian wine area
matching of wine with food
Tasting of 3 different wines

Second day
Self catering breakfast
Free morning. you can relax or visit lots of nice towns close by
light lunch in the restaurant close to our property
17.00: cooking class for approximately 3 hours.
At the end of the class ( 3 different recipes ) it will be dinner with meals prepared during the class. it will be served also the wine to match with food
