What to expect

Discover the Alsatian Christmas capital on a food tour with a local guide and enjoy a tasty meal at the restaurant.

A food tour is a great way to discover Alsace from a gastronomic point of view. For a few hours you stroll through the decorated streets of the old town. During the walk you will discover the sights while enjoying several delicious Christmas specialities, savoury, sweet and drinks.

The Männele (your alarm clock), a winter pastry made of yeast dough is simply inevitable. Gingerbread or other aromatically scented Advent delights such as hützel bread, bear wakes, Christstollen and steam noodles should not be missing. Hearty specialties such as baguette or tarte flambée, pretzel gratiné, raclette or munstiflette, a stuffed liver gourmet sandwich, a steaming choucroute and rumberry kiechle should also be tried.
