Pickup details:

Pick-up services are available for all hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya area, which includes locations from Moon Palace to Tulum (including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen). There is no additional charge for pick-up in these areas. However, for Cancun City and the ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Hotel Zone), there is a small fee of $15 USD per person. If you’re staying in Playa Mujeres or the Cancun City area, the charge is $20 USD per person. Once you confirm your booking, we’ll provide you with the exact pick-up time. For accommodations located on unpaved streets or within the area of Tulum’s ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Tulum Hotels Beach Zone), we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.
