During your experience, you’ll create two rolled ice creams, our best-selling flavor and your own fully customized creation. You’ll also discover the history and science behind rolled ice cream, explore our unlimited topping bar, and enjoy an immersive photo experience. Plus, every participant receives a take home apron!

Meeting and pickup
The Roll Academy is inside the Nashville Farmers’ Market, located on the Bicentennial Mall/Shed side, directly across from Succulent Tacos and right behind Bella Noches Pizzeria.
What to expect
During your class, you’ll create two ice creams: our best-selling flavor and your own fully customized creation. Along the way, you’ll discover the history and science behind rolled ice cream, explore our unlimited topping bar, and capture memories in our immersive photo moments. Every participant also receives a take-home Roll Academy apron to remember the experience.
