Excursion to Nara, an ancient imperial seat from the 8th century. (710-784 AD)
Departing from Kyoto, another historical capital of Japan (794-1868), the transfer is made by train to Nara station and by bus to the Buddha Temple.
In Nara, in the immense park around the Buddha temple you will find numerous domesticated deer that have coexisted with local citizens since ancient times. Visitors are allowed to give them biscuits for sale at the designated stalls.
Judas will illustrate the monuments of the Buddha Temple, especially those declared national treasures of Japan; will provide detailed information on popular Buddhist devotion: secrets to be revealed only to tour participants to learn about the history of the people, not written in tourist guide books.
To the outdoor space between the 4 escalators in front of the taxi (not coach) terminal, space located to the east just outside the central entrance to the north of Kyoto Station. (Participants will receive an email with detailed information about the meeting point one day before the tour)
Japan's largest seated Buddha statue inaugurated in 752 AD. with other national treasures of Todai-ji Temple. (transfer time between Kyoto and Nara: from Kyoto station approx. 50 minutes by train to Nara station, and approx. 15 minutes by bus to reach Todai-ji Temple)
Numerous domesticated deer free in the immense park (about a thousand specimens throughout the city of Nara). They ask you for snack biscuits while repeating bows.
