What to expect
Join us for a unique sauna experience in the heart of nature. Together, we’ll create a wood-fired sauna with hot steam from stones and water, transforming it into a soothing steam bath. Enjoy a revitalizing massage with birch twigs and Shaolin monk bamboo sticks to relax both body and mind.
Afterward, refresh yourself in the snow or take a bold ice bath. We’ll carve a hole in the ice, where you can immerse yourself in chest-deep, crystal-clear water to recharge your energy. This invigorating practice strengthens your immune system and leaves you feeling vibrant and alive.
You can arrive directly on skis or a snowboard and ride back down after the ceremony. During the experience, we’ll serve warm tea, fresh fruits, and nuts to provide complete relaxation and nourishment.
Note: This ceremony takes place amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery of Zermatt and is a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t want to miss!
