PICKUP FROM HOTEL: Our driver will be attempting to establish a telephone or WhatsApp connection with you to ensure smooth communication. In the event contact cannot be made, please rest assured that the driver will be waiting for you at the hotel reception at the scheduled time. PICKUP FROM HEATHROW: Our driver will make every effort to connect with you via telephone or WhatsApp. If this communication is not possible, please note that the driver will be available at the terminal arrivals hall 45 minutes after your flight lands. This window allows you ample time to complete passport control and collect your luggage. The driver will be awaiting your arrival in the arrivals hall, holding a board with your full name displayed.

What to expect

Our driver will be attempting to establish a telephone or WhatsApp connection with you in order to maintain communication.

If for any reason contact with you cannot be established, our driver shall welcome you at the appointed time at your Hotel reception or at Heathrow Airpot in Arrivals Terminal. You can rest assured that he will assist you with your luggage and load it into the car for you.

Once you are comfortably settled in the vehicle, you will be whisked away to your destination, whether that may be Southampton or a previously specified location. Upon arrival, our driver will unload your luggage for you and bid you farewell.
