Our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure smooth and effortless communication upon your arrival. Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, please be assured that your pick-up will proceed as scheduled.
Southampton Hotel Pick-Up:
The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
Southampton Cruise Terminal Pick-Up:
The driver will meet you at the scheduled time in the arrivals hall, holding a personalised sign with your full name clearly displayed.
Heathrow Airport Pick-Up:
The driver will be present in the arrivals hall 45 minutes after your flight has landed, allowing sufficient time for immigration and baggage collection. You will be greeted with a personalised sign displaying your full name for easy identification.
In all cases, you may rest assured that the driver will assist with your luggage and ensure it is carefully loaded into the vehicle for your comfort and convenience.

On the day of arrival, our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp. If contact cannot be established, please be assured that the driver will be present at the cruise terminal at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. He will be waiting at the cruise disembarkation gate, holding a personalised sign displaying your name for easy identification.
*SOUTHAMPTON HOTEL PICK-UP

Our professional driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure clear and ongoing communication.
Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, the driver will proceed to meet you at the scheduled time at your hotel lobby.
*HEATHROW AIRPORT PICK-UP
-Correct flight number
-Departure airport
-Expected arrival time at Heathrow Airport
We continuously monitor your flight status, allowing our professional driver to be present at the appropriate time, even in the event of delays. On the day of your arrival, the driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure a seamless pick-up experience. Should contact not be established, the driver will proceed to the arrivals terminal 45 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing sufficient time for passport control and baggage collection.
In all cases, the driver will assist with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and transport you safely to Southampton or Heathrow Airport (depending on which option you choose). Upon arrival, your luggage will be unloaded and the driver will bid you a courteous farewell.
