Meeting and pickup
Our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and effortless connection upon your arrival.
Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, please be assured that your pick-up will proceed as planned.
-Southampton Airport Pick-Up:
The driver will be present in the arrivals hall of the terminal, ready to welcome you 25 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing ample time for immigration and baggage collection.
You will be greeted in the arrivals area by our driver, who will be holding a personalised sign displaying your full name.
-Southampton Hotel Pick-Up:
The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
Southampton Airport Pick-Up: Our professional driver will be present in the arrivals hall 25 minutes after your flight has landed, allowing sufficient time for immigration and baggage collection. You will be greeted with a personalised sign displaying your full name for easy identification.

We continuously monitor your flight status, so you may rest assured that our driver will be present at the appropriate time, regardless of any delays.
On the day of your arrival, our driver will attempt to contact you by phone or via WhatsApp to ensure a seamless pick-up experience. Should contact not be established, please note that the driver will proceed to the terminal 25 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing sufficient time for passport control and baggage collection.
The driver will be waiting with a personalised name sign, assist you with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and then drive you safely to Southampton. Upon arrival, your luggage will be unloaded and the driver will bid you a courteous farewell.
