What to expect
1. Booking & Ticket Confirmation
After booking, please provide an active WhatsApp number. Your train ticket and travel information will be sent to you via WhatsApp before your travel date. Please check your WhatsApp messages carefully for the ticket and departure details.
2. Make Your Own Way to the Railway Station
Hotel pickup is not included. On the travel day, please make your own way to the designated railway station — Hue Railway Station or Tho Loc Railway Station, depending on your selected option. We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes before departure.
3. Board the Train
Present your electronic ticket on your phone when boarding. Find your assigned seat and enjoy a scenic railway journey through Central Vietnam. Relax and take in views of the countryside, local villages, rivers, and surrounding landscapes along the route.
4. Enjoy the Scenic Journey
The journey is designed to offer a more relaxed and scenic alternative to a standard road transfer. Keep your camera ready as you travel through the changing landscapes of Central Vietnam.
5. Arrival at Tho Loc Railway Station
Upon arrival at Tho Loc Railway Station, please collect your belongings and exit the station. From here, you can continue to your accommodation or onward destination in the Phong Nha area at your own arrangement.
6. End of Service
The service ends upon arrival at Tho Loc Railway Station. Hotel drop-off is not included. Please arrange your own transportation from the station to your accommodation in Phong Nha.
