Meeting and pickup
For a pick up from Auckland Airport, please follow the signs and the undercover walkway to the new Transport Pick-Up Zone, located north of the Transport Hub and behind the Te Arikinui Pullman hotel.
What to expect
1. A personalized email with confirmation of your booking will be sent. This is to ensure that if you have any specific request for this booking, you can reply to the email with that.
2. Communication is the key for Henderson Taxi and so we do communicate at every single step of your booking either via email or via phone call/text message.
3. A personalized text message gets sent out a day prior to your scheduled booking with details of the car that will come for your pick up.
4. On the day of pick up, communication is carried out either via call/text on the given contact mobile number.
5. If your booking is for a pick up from Auckland International Airport and if you are traveling for the first time to Auckland, Henderson Taxi sends you a detailed text message advising how and where to meet ensuring quick and easy meet up.
6. If you have kids traveling with you, child seat is available for a comfortable trip (at a minimal charge)
