This is a tour-style cooking class where you can visit a market that sells fresh Okinawan fish and experience making sushi, which is rare in Okinawa. At the market, you can interact with the locals and enjoy sake with your meal for an additional fee.
We are currently giving away tenugui towels as a bonus to participants!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please come to the cooking experience room on the 3rd floor of Makishi Public Market. The noren is a landmark.
What to expect
Sake, beer, etc. are also sold separately for a fee, so you can enjoy them while drinking.

Sushi-making experience
Everyone eats the sushi they made themselves.
8 pieces of sushi (available from Mibai, red machi, irabucha, stew machi, local bonito, local tuna, kubushimi, salmon, etc.)
*Sushi ingredients may change depending on the season.
In addition to sushi, it comes with red soup stock, gari, and green tea.
